WHERE IS NELLIS SUITES AT MAIN GATE LOCATED?
Nellis Suites at Main Gate is at 4555 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115 — on Las Vegas Boulevard North, directly adjacent to the main gate of Nellis Air Force Base. It’s also just minutes from Las Vegas Motor Speedway and the Craig Ranch area of North Las Vegas.

WHAT TYPES OF SUITES ARE AVAILABLE AT NELLIS SUITES?
Nellis Suites offers furnished one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. The suites are recently renovated and come with full kitchens — everything you need to cook a real meal, not just reheat leftovers. Virtual tours are available on the homepage so you can walk through the space before you commit.

DO I NEED A LEASE OR CREDIT CHECK TO STAY AT NELLIS SUITES?
No long-term leases required. Nellis Suites is designed for extended-stay living, which means you have flexibility on how long you stay. Get in touch with the leasing office to discuss current availability and terms.

HOW MUCH ARE RATES AT NELLIS SUITES AT MAIN GATE?
Rates aren’t posted publicly on the website. Call the leasing office at (702) 946-9999, email nellissuites@amgnevada.com to get current weekly and extended-stay rate information. The office is open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm.

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT NELLIS SUITES?
The property has a pool, a fitness center, laundry facilities, and on-site maintenance. There’s also 24-hour roaming security and a courtesy patrol on property. Shopping is nearby, and the location on Las Vegas Blvd N makes it straightforward to get to most parts of the metro area.

IS NELLIS SUITES PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, dogs and cats are allowed. Pets must be 20 lbs or less, and there is a non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent — contact the leasing office for current fee amounts. If your pet is close to the weight limit or you have breed questions, it’s worth calling ahead.

HOW CLOSE IS NELLIS SUITES TO LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY?
Very close — Las Vegas Motor Speedway is about half a mile away, roughly a 2-minute drive. That makes Nellis Suites a convenient base during race weekends, concerts, and major events at the Speedway. It’s one of the more unique location perks you’ll find at any extended-stay property in the Las Vegas area.

WHAT RESTAURANTS ARE NEAR NELLIS SUITES?
For a sit-down meal, Smoking Pig BBQ is about 8 minutes away and consistently well-regarded. IHOP is about a 10-minute drive. For big events at the Speedway, on-site dining options like Iron Skillet are steps from the track. Viva Zapatas Mexican Restaurant is about 5 miles out and worth the drive.

WHERE CAN I GROCERY SHOP NEAR NELLIS SUITES?
Smith’s Sunrise Marketplace at 450 N Nellis Blvd is about a 10-minute drive and is a full-service grocery store. There’s also a Grocery Outlet on Nellis about 3 miles south for budget-friendly shopping, and a Superior Grocers about 1 mile away.

WHAT PARKS AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES ARE NEARBY?
Nellis Meadows Park on E Cheyenne Ave is about 7 minutes away and has baseball fields, a BMX track, and trails. Nellis Dunes Recreation Area is about 5 miles north — popular for off-road vehicles and open-air recreation. Both offer very different kinds of outdoor activity and are easily reachable from the property.

ARE THERE ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS CLOSE TO NELLIS SUITES?
Las Vegas Motor Speedway is basically next door and hosts races, concerts, and events throughout the year — hard to beat for entertainment that’s just minutes away. Cannery Casino Hotel is about 4 miles west for gaming and dining. There’s also a West Wind Drive-In Theater in the area for a different kind of night out.

WHAT MEDICAL FACILITIES ARE NEAR NELLIS SUITES?
Nellis Clinic at 321 N Nellis Blvd is about 9 minutes away. North Vista Hospital is about 6 miles west. For those affiliated with Nellis AFB, the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center is located on base,  approximately 3 miles away.
